Christopher Bilotti

Chris has been investing in and managing real estate for eight years. He is a Certified Public Accountant with extensive knowledge in the real estate and construction industry. He can assist clients with 1031 exchanges, financing and underwriting real estate deals. He also oversees the accounting and management services and preparation of financial statements for investors and property owners utilizing our fee management services.

Vincent Bilotti

Vincent has been investing in and managing real estate for twenty five years. His expertise is in vendor negotiations and maintenance operations. He is responsible for the oversight of the maintenance division, contracting with vendors to obtain the best service at the lowest possible price and ensuring that our tenants have the best apartments in the area available to them at a competitive price.

Cecilia Martins

Cecilia has been with us for many years. She is responsible for vendor payments, accepting and scheduling maintenance work orders, and tenant rent collections. She handles most of the day-to-day accounting functions for the properties.

Zack is the newest member of our team. He is responsible for oversight of our leasing operations. His skills in marketing and leasing properties is one of the key reasons, we are able to maximize cash flows for our clients.
