SELLING A PROPERTY

We are seeking to buy multi-family properties throughout RI and nearby MA consisting of 12-units or more. Ideal RI properties are located in Warwick, RI or any city/town north of Warwick, RI, with the exception of Central Falls, Providence and Woonsocket. Ideal MA properties are located as far north as Plainville and North Attleboro and as far east as Swansea. We are looking for moderate income class A, B or C units that were built in 1960 or later or have been updated with modern plumbing, electrical, windows and heating systems and have sealed foundations.

ACQUIRING A PROPERTY

INVESTMENT FUND

We are opening a fund and are seeking to raise $2,000,000 to acquire up to $8,000,000 of residential rental property throughout RI and MA. There are currently opportunities to acquire properties at prices that we haven?t seen in years and may never see again. We will contribute 10% of the investment amount into this fund up to $200,000.
