The Bilotti Group, Inc. is a full service property management business. We provide leasing, 24 hour maintenance, and management services to residential properties consisting of eight units or more located anywhere in RI or nearby MA. All property owners receive timely easy-to-read monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
In this economy, maintaining occupancy and minimizing operating expenses are crucial to a successfully run property. We maintain vacancy rates that are at least 2% below that of similar properties in similar markets. We have relationships with vendors that allow us to get the lowest pricing on property insurance, rubbish removal, and turnover expenses such as painting and cleaning services.
We will represent the owner in eviction matters and real estate tax assessment disputes. Property taxes are in many cases the single largest expense of any property. Due to recent changes in real estate values, we successfully disputed real estate assessments that reduced property taxes on some properties by as much as 25%.
